We want you to be completely satisfied with the item purchased at 24diamonds.com. In any case you are not 100% happy with it, the accessory (watch winder, watch box, flashlight or other item) may be returned within 30 days of the purchase date as long as it has not been used or altered in any way. The product must be returned in new condition, with original packaging, manuals, protective tape, tags etc. The refund will be credited in full minus a 5% restocking fee and original shipping charge we spent to ship the item to you. Restocking fee can be waived in case of store credit or an exchange (for a similar category item).
