We hope your 24diamonds.com purchase has exceeded your expectations. We are committed to your complete satisfaction!

24diamonds.com sells only brand new unworn jewelry, watches & accessories. Therefore, we are able to accept for returns only unworn items in the same condition as they were shipped. Broken & damaged merchandise is not accepted for the return. We cannot refund shipping charges, taxes, custom fees, gift-wrapping, special order and final sale merchandise or items with personalized inscriptions. We offer a 30 days return policy for most of our merchandise, please refer to each section for additional return terms and conditions.

ACCESSORIES
The accessory (watch winder, watch box, flashlight or other item) may be returned within 30 days of the purchase date as long as it has not been used, damaged or altered in any way. The product must be returned in new condition, with original packaging, manuals, protective tape, tags etc. The refund will be credited in full minus a 5% restocking fee and original shipping charge we spent to ship the item to you. Restocking fee can be waived in case of store credit or an exchange (for a similar category item).

BRACELETS
The bracelet may be returned within 30 days of the purchase date as long as it has not been used or altered in any way. The product must be returned in new condition, with original packaging, the tag attached etc. Otherwise it will be subject to 20% restocking fee. If the return is successfully accepted, the refund will be credited in full minus original shipping charge we spent to ship the item to you.

BODY JEWELRY
The body jewelry items need to be produced and considered special order items. Sale on it would be final: non-refundable & non-returnable.

CHAINS
The chain may be returned within 30 days of the purchase date as long as it has not been used or altered in any way. The product must be returned in new condition, with original packaging, the tag attached etc. Otherwise it will be subject to 20% restocking fee. If the return is successfully accepted, the refund will be credited in full minus original shipping charge we spent to ship the item to you.

CUFF LINKS
The cuff links need to be produced and considered special order items. Sale on it would be final: non-refundable & non-returnable.

EARRINGS
The earrings may be returned within 30 days of the purchase date as long as it has not been used or altered in any way. The product must be returned in new condition, with original packaging, the tag attached etc. Otherwise it will be subject to 20% restocking fee. If the return is successfully accepted, the refund will be credited in full minus original shipping charge we spent to ship the item to you.

LOOSE DIAMONDS
Loose diamonds are considered final sale items: non-refundable & non-returnable. However, we do guarantee that all diamonds we sell are exactly as represented.

PENDANTS
The pendant may be returned within 30 days of the purchase date as long as it has not been used or altered in any way. The product must be returned in new condition, with original packaging, the tag attached etc. Otherwise it will be subject to 20% restocking fee. If the return is successfully accepted, the refund will be credited in full minus original shipping charge we spent to ship the item to you.

RINGS
The ring may be returned within 30 days of the purchase date as long as it has not been used or altered in any way. The product must be returned in new condition, with original packaging, and the tag attached. The refund will be credited in full minus 10% restocking fee and original shipping charge we spent to ship the item to you. Restocking fee may be waived in case of store credit or an exchange (for a similar category item). All custom orders are considered the final sale and can not be returned. A custom order can be described as following: (1) your request to resize the purchased ring from its original size (2) your request to produce the ring that is not in stock (3) your request to produce the ring according to individual design (4) we will notify you in any other case.

WATCHES (by Aqua Master or Joe Rodeo)
The diamond watch by Aqua Master or Joe Rodeo may be returned within 30 days of the purchase date as long as it has not been used or altered in any way. The product must be returned in new condition, with original packaging, manuals, protective tape, the tag attached etc. Otherwise it will be subject to 20% restocking fee. If the return is successfully accepted, the refund will be credited in full minus original shipping charge we spent to ship the item to you.

WATCHES (all other brand names)
The watch may be returned within 30 days of the purchase date as long as it has not been used or altered in any way. The product must be returned in new condition, with original packaging, manuals, protective tape, the tag attached etc. Otherwise it will be refused. If the return is successfully accepted, the refund will be credited in full minus 15% restocking fee and original shipping charge in all cases.

Dead On Arrival (DOA)
A 24diamonds.com watch product is considered DOA if it shows symptoms of a failure, preventing basic operability, when you first use it after opening the box. If you believe that your product is DOA, please contact us within 7 business days of the delivery date. We will determine whether the product is DOA and offer you the following options: replacement (24diamonds.com, at our expense, will ship another of the same product) or service (you may have the product repaired, however, once you choose that option, you may not request replacement of the product; repairs usually take about 30 days, but in some rare instances, repairs may take longer depending on the part that requires servicing; if your repair will take longer than 30 days, you will be informed about the delay).
Our return policy does not apply to any purchases made by any watch manufacturer, watch brand distributors, and/or any person acting on behalf of any of these entities in any capacity. Purchases made by the aforementioned entities may not be returned for any reason and/or under any circumstances.

Please note that additional charges may be incurred, or refund refused (and item returned to customer at customer's expense) if any item described above is returned in damaged or worn condition.

All merchandise must be sent to us fully insured against shipping loss or damage. For your security, all returns are opened in the presence of two receivers who can verify the contents upon their arrival. We can only refund merchandise that is received back within 30 days of the delivery date. Refunds for orders paid by PayPal / credit card can only be refunded to original PayPal / credit card account. Refunds for orders paid by check, money-order or wire transfer will be refunded by check. All approved returns are proceeded and paid within 15 business days.
