Terms and Conditions Agreement

This Terms and Conditions Agreement (hereinafter referred as “Agreement”) is a contract between you and 24diamonds.com. This Agreement creates a legal relationship between you and 24diamonds.com and therefore effects your rights relating to the product you are buying from 24diamonds.com. You should read this Agreement carefully in order to avoid future disputes and misunderstandings concerning your order. In this Agreement “you” and “yours” refers to any person or entity buying products from 24diamonds.com.

You further agree that this Agreement creates a legally binding contract between you and 24diamonds.com, and that this Agreement represents "writing signed by you" under any and all applicable laws or regulations. Any right, not expressly settled herein, is reserved by 24diamonds.com. This Agreement is subject to change by 24diamonds.com without prior notice, by posting of the changes on 24diamonds.com.

PLACING YOUR ORDER

Your offer to buy a product from 24diamonds.com shall constitute a signed record that by its terms gives assurance to 24diamonds.com that it will be not revocable until the product is delivered to you. By placing your order on 24diamonds.com you agree to pay the purchase price (for the product you are ordering) displayed on 24diamonds.com. This does not impair your right to inspect the product upon delivery and return it pursuant to our return policy described herein below. 24diamonds.com has the right to cancel any order at any time without providing any explanation to you.
If you will not receive the product within 30 business days from the day of the order, it is your responsibility to notify 24diamonds.com that the order was not delivered. Delay in delivery or non-delivery of the product in whole or in part by 24diamonds.com shall not constitute a breach under this agreement if it occurred without fault of 24diamonds.com.

CORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS

You have an AFFIRMATIVE OBLIGATION to provide 24diamonds.com with correct shipping address. You agree and warrant that the shipping address you provided to 24diamonds.com is true and correct. 24diamonds.com will not be liable for any undelivered order if your shipping address is different from the shipping address you provided to 24diamonds.com.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Some products may not be imported due to laws and regulations of your country. Orders for shipment outside the US are subject to higher shipping, handling and processing fees, applicable customs, duties and taxes, all of which shall be your responsibility. All such orders shall be prepaid in full prior to its shipment in US dollars, by means of a PayPal or wire transfer.

We make every attempt to avoid errors in pricing and product information. If a mistake does occur, we reserve the right to correct it at our sole discretion and to refuse or cancel any order placed. All prices listed on this site are in U.S. dollars.

RETURN POLICY

Except for special orders, any product purchased from 24diamonds.com may be returned in its original, unused condition for a full refund of the purchase price less the shipping costs & taxes. All plastic protectors and stickers must be in their original condition. All taxes, shipping and handling costs of the return item are the sole responsibility of the customer.

All returns must be made within 30 days from the receipt of your order. Therefore, it is your responsibility to inspect your order as soon as you receive it. Do not remove tags, stickers and factory tapes until you are satisfied with the product. Once the product is opened, worn, or the tag, sticker or factory tape it becomes ineligible for a return. It is the buyer’s responsibility to inspect the watch upon receipt to make sure it is in working order prior to wearing.

WARRANTY

24diamonds.com provides with 24diamonds.com 2 years warranty for all watches purchased from our website.
24diamonds.com will service every brand-name watch sold on our website for a period of 2 years after purchase. Watches that have symptoms of abnormally gaining time, losing time, or not keeping proper time will be serviced under our warranty program.24diamonds.com 2 years warranty covers the product’s intended function. It does not cover “external damage” to the watches, including damages resulting from excessive wear and tear, or the product use under conditions which exceed its manufacturer’s water resistance guidelines; wear and tear or damage to the band, case, crystal/glass, watch bracelet, watch bezel, straps, screws, crown/stem, finishes, clasps/buckles, or any other physical damage to the watch. Damage that occurs due to having the watch serviced by a third party nulls and voids our warranty. Consequential and incidental damages are not recoverable under this warranty or any implied warranties. 24diamonds.com warranty doesn't cover watch batteries, however, we do offer up to a 1 year battery replacement. You will be responsible for all shipping charges involved in the process of warranty serving.
Since 24diamonds.com does not sell products through the manufacture’s pricing guidelines, we cannot provide the manufacturer’s warranty.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

All information and products on 24diamonds.com are provided as is. This site makes no representations of any kind, either express or implied (including without limitation, warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and availability) , as to the operation on this site or the information, content, materials, or products offered, and you expressly agree that your use of 24diamonds.com is at your own risk. DISPUTES

Any claim against 24diamonds.com relating in any way to your order shall be brought to arbitration in New York, NY. Arbitration under this Agreement shall be held pursuant to the rules then prevailing of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitrator’s award shall be binding and could be entered in any courts of competent jurisdiction. The parties shall be responsible for their own costs, expenses, and attorney’s fees. In the event that this arbitration clause is void, any litigation regarding this Agreement shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in New York, New York, and you hereby agree that such jurisdiction and venue is exclusive and proper.

GOVERNING LAW

Any and all disputes and claims between you and 24diamonds.com shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York without regards to the laws regarding conflicts of law. If any provision of this Agreement shall become unlawful, void and/or unenforceable, that that provision shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any of its remaining provisions.
