24diamonds.com offers FREE shipping on all orders starting from $150 to all U.S. destinations. Orders below $150 will have the following shipping charges:
FedEx Ground / USPS Priority Mail (1-5 business days) - $12.99
USPS Express Mail (1-2 business days) - $28.00
FedEx 2nd Day Air - $28.00
FedEx Overnight - $65.00
International Orders
USPS Express Mail - $55.00 (flat rate for all orders)
Most orders are shipped within 1-5 business days of receipt, then it takes 2-3 additional days by Shipping Carrier to reach you. Customers will be notified by email of backorders which will be held upon request, and shipped upon availability. Please note that some items may take from 1 to 3 weeks preparation prior to shipping. All duties and customs fees for international shipments are the sole responsibility of the buyer. Check with your local customs office for formation prior to purchase.

All orders shipped by 24diamonds.com are fully insured in transit. For your security, high value orders may not be delivered without an authorized signature. If you cannot be available to sign for your package, please be sure that an adult who is authorized to sign for your package will be available at the designated shipping address. Customers will be charged a fee of $15 to reroute a package once it has been released to our carriers. Customers will also be charged a fee of $20 to reship their package if an error was made to the shipping address at checkout.
REFUSAL OF DELIVERY
If a package is refused for delivery, the customer will be responsible for actual shipping charges incurred by 24diamonds.com. Once we receive the package back in our warehouse, we will issue a credit to the original credit card for the purchase price less the actual shipping cost of shipping the package to you. This shipping charge will apply even if you were not originally charged shipping under a free shipping promotion. The purpose of this is to defray unnecessary shipping costs and to allow us to offer the lowest prices possible. This does not apply to packages that appear to be damaged in shipping.
INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS PROVIDED
Packages that are returned because of an incorrect address provided by the customer will be subject to additional shipping charges. When we receive the package in our warehouse, we will issue a credit to the original credit card for the purchase price less the actual shipping cost. This shipping charge will apply even if you were not originally charged shipping under a free shipping promotion. Requests for packages to be shipped again will be subject to actual shipping charges. The purpose of this is to defray unnecessary shipping costs and to allow us to offer the lowest prices possible.
