We hope your 24diamonds.com purchase has exceeded your expectations. We are committed to your complete satisfaction!

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you can return any item purchased from 24diamonds.com *(excluding special orders) in its original, unused condition for a full refund of the purchase price or store credit for an exchange.

Please keep your purchase, accessories, security tags if provided, and all packing materials in new condition to avoid refusal of the returned merchandise, or restocking fees. All original factory tape, plastic protectors and stickers must be intact and never removed. All shipping and handling costs in connection with returns are the responsibility of the customer.

24diamonds.com sells only brand new unworn watches & jewelry. Therefore, we are able to accept for returns only unworn items in the same condition as they were shipped.

We cannot refund freight, gift-wrapping, special order and final sale merchandise or items with personalized inscriptions.

All merchandise should be returned to us fully insured. For your security, all returns are opened in the presence of two receivers who can verify the contents upon their arrival. We can only refund merchandise that is received back within 30 days of the delivery date and it is in new, resalable condition without any scratches or marks. Refunds for orders paid by PayPal / credit card can only be refunded to original PayPal / credit card account. Refunds for orders paid by check, money-order or wire transfer will be refunded by check.
