Gift Card Policies
24diamonds.com offers two convenient ways to send a Gift Card. Select our "Classic Gift Gard" that is mailed to the recipient or an "Electronic Gift Card" that is emailed to the recipient within 24 hours.
A "Classic Gift Card" (via mail)
24diamonds.com Gift Cards can be purchased at www.24diamonds.com. They are plastic cards and may be redeemed online at www.24diamonds.com.
After you purchase a Gift Card:
- The Gift Card will be mailed to the address specified.
- Order and shipping confirmation emails will be sent to you.
Checking the balance of your 24diamonds Gift Card is very easy! You can do it online at www.24diamonds.com/gift-card/check-balance or by calling our phone number on the back of the card.
An "Electronic Gift Card" (via e-mail)
24diamonds.com eGift Cards are sent via email. The recipient will receive an email with a special code redeemable only at www.24diamonds.com. The code is activated within 24 hours after receiving the email.
After you purchase an eGift Card:
- We'll send the recipient an email with all of the information they need to use the eGift Card at www.24diamonds.com. Please note that codes are activated within 24 hours after recipient receives the email.
- A confirmation email will be sent to you.
Rules and Regulations
- You cannot purchase a Gift Card with another Gift Card, unless your order contains additional items paid for with the original Gift Card.
- If the amount of your Gift Card is for more than the total order amount, the balance amount will be stored on your Gift Card account for future use.
- Gift Cards are non-transferable, non-refundable and are not redeemable for cash.
- We cannot replace lost or stolen Gift Cards.
- No Sales Tax is charged when buying Gift Cards, however, purchases paid for with a Gift Card will be charged applicable Sales Tax.
- Please make sure you hold onto all Gift Cards used in your purchase until your order arrives. If your order cannot be fulfilled, it may be necessary to grant credit back to the Card(s).

Gift Card PIN
In order to redeem a "Classic Gift Card" online at www.24diamonds.com, you must enter both your Gift Card number and personal identification number (PIN) during checkout. Your PIN is located underneath a scratch-off field on the back side of your Gift Card.
Gift Message
Gift messages are a quick, easy and FREE method of personalizing an item you will be sending to family or friends. Packaged in our beautiful red gift envelope, a gift message is your special touch. Simply add personalized message during checkout.
