Ordering from 24diamonds.com is as simple as can be! Simply select the desired item, and place it in your shopping cart by clicking "Add to Cart". When you are finished shopping, click on the "Cart Items" button on the right top side and follow the instructions.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
24diamonds.com ships to most international destinations via insured USPS EXPRESS MAIL. Shipping cost is $55.00 for all international destinations.
Please note: we cannot be responsible for additional costs, such as customs, duties, VAT, taxes, etc. You maybe want to contact your local customs office for an estimate before ordering. Please note that we must declare the full value that you paid for your item on the shipment.
WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
24diamonds.com accepts credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express) via PayPal, Google Checkout and bank wire transfers. Please visit our "Payment" section for more information.
DO YOU OFFER A LAYAWAY OPTION?
For our layaway plan you do not have to qualify and it is 100% FREE. To start a layaway we require a 15% down payment and you will have up to 6 months to pay the rest of the balance. Please visit "Layaway" section for more information.
DO I HAVE TO PAY SALES TAX?
Only New York State residents have to pay 8.875% Sales Tax.
HOW QUICKLY CAN I GET MY ORDER?
Most orders are shipped within 3 business days of receipt, then it takes about 2-3 additional days by UPS, FEDEX or USPS to reach you. Customers will be notified by email of backorders which will be held upon request, and shipped upon availability. Please note that some items may take from 1-3 weeks preparation prior to shipping. CAN I TRACK MY PACKAGE?
Yes, all tracking information will be automatically emailed to your email address once your order ships.
WHY DO YOU ONLY SHIP TO BILLING ADDRESS?
In order to reduce the frequency of fraud and to limit the potential for illegal purchases, 24diamonds.com requires that the shipping address used by our customers match their billing address. We do always verify electronically that your billing information is correct. If you are requesting products to be shipped to any other address other than the billing, we also verify the shipping address manually and thoroughly. All customers that require products to be shipped to alternative addresses other than the billing, must call the pertaining credit card companies to add the address as an alternate. You can simply register the alternate address by calling the phone number on the back of your credit card. The alternative information is listed for six months and it does not affect your billing information. By registering the alternative address, you are authorizing us to ship the order to a different address other than the billing address.
DO YOU OFFER ANY CERTIFICATES WITH YOUR DIAMOND JEWELRY?
A Certificate of Authenticity, issued by the Universal Gemological Lab (UGL), serves as verification of your diamond's quality. On orders over $1,000 this certificate is FREE, on orders less $1,000 - it costs $75 and takes about 2-3 days for certification.
We also offer a Certificate of Authenticity, issued by the Gemological Institute of America (GIA). This certification takes from 3 weeks to 1.5 months and costs $150/carat. GIA Certificates with our loose diamonds are included.
CAN I CANCEL AN ORDER I PLACED ONLINE?
We have a prior shipping time indicated for most of the items. If an order is cancelled prior to shipping there will be a cancellation charge of 5% of the sale price of the item(s). All refunds are proceeded and paid within 15 business days.
CAN I TRADE MY WATCH IN?
Yes, we accept previously owned watches as part or all of your payment towards your new watch. Please visit "Trade In" section for more information.
HOW CAN I RETURN AN ITEM I PURCHASED?
We hope your 24diamonds.com purchase has exceeded your expectations. We are committed to your complete satisfaction. All of our jewelry, watches and accessories is sold on a 30 days inspection policy. If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, within 30 days of the delivery date, simply return the item in its original packaging, and your purchase price (minus re-stocking fee, shipping, duties & taxes if applicable) will be refunded; we charge a 15% re-stocking fee for all jewelry, loose diamonds and watch items in all cases. IS IT SAFE TO ORDER FROM YOU OVER THE INTERNET?
Our online commerce environment is absolutely safe and secure. We use the Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) an advanced security protocol that protects your credit card information and ensures secure online ordering. SSL Internet connections are encrypted, and thus protect all credit card ordering information, including your name, address and credit card number, so no one can read it in transit. WHAT IS YOUR WARRANTEE?
Our warrantee covers any manufacturing defects for one year for jewelry products. For watches we have different warranty coverages, if you need more information, please "Contact Us" and we will get back to you shortly!
WHAT IF MY ORDER ARRIVES DAMAGED?
If you received the order and it is damaged, please contact us immediately. If your order is to be delivered by UPS, FEDEX or USPS, please examine contents before signing acceptance and recover any package damage if there is some. If contents inside are damaged, refuse delivery and don't sign the delivery ticket. Once you sign for the shipment, it is your responsibility to file a claim.
